I love my job! Even in these challenging economic times there is nothing I would rather be doing. Being a Realtor and helping families and individuals find just the perfect home or creating a marketing plan to get a home noticed is very rewarding work.

Chapel Hill has been my home since moving here in 1983 from Miami. I raised my three children and decided this is where I want to grow old. It doesn't surprise me that this area is seeing more growth in 2009 than any other place in the United States. Those of us who live here know that North Carolina is a great place to live, work and play.

I have been a full time Realtor for the past 10 years. The first year I worked as an appraiser but decided early on that selling was a much better fit for me because of the people. That early training has served me well in pricing homes for sale and helping buyers know how much they should pay for their new home. Over the years I have been a consistent production leader in my company, thanks to all the wonderful people I have had the pleasure to work with.

Most of my business today comes from past clients and repeat customers, but my specialty is RELOCATION! I have introduced many people to our "Southern Part of Heaven" and helped them choose the best area of the Triangle for them. I serve Orange, Wake, Chatham and Durham counties, but Chapel Hill remains closest to my heart.
